Halo! A physical device with an Intellectual Personal Assistant (IPA) to help mediate tough family conversation about death, divorce and finances. Halo's 3 pillars are storytelling, empathy and HaloPlay.
My Work:
I was the User Researcher Lead and Physical Product Lead. I did most of the interviews and built the physical prototypes. I also did most of the user testing for the product; I met with families and went over our script with them, to find insights.
